Each Fletcher home comes complete with a 10-year NHBC Buildmark warranty. When you purchase a home from us, you can rest assured knowing that your new home has been designed and built to the highest standards.
Through the NHBC Buildmark warranty, you’ll receive a structural warranty and be covered against any major structural damage that may occur to your home. We understand that your new home is a huge investment – both emotionally and financially – which is why it’s important to us that our buyers have added peace of mind. What’s more, for the first two years of your purchase, our own After Sales Care Team will be available to assist you with hands on support for any issues you may experience with your home.
What’s included?
This warranty is designed to provide insurance for your home in the event the property has not been built to NHBC requirements.
What’s not included?
Some things are not covered by the Buildmark insurance, including wear and tear and fire/smoke damage. Get in touch for more details on your cover.
Minimum Claim Value

What is an NHBC Warranty?
The NHBC Warranty was developed specially for new build homes, providing homeowners with 10-years of warranty cover from the date of the completion of their home. The warranty also provides deposit protection between the exchange of your contract and legal completion. The benefit of this warranty is it provides you with peace of mind that your home is protected from specific problems, such as foundational and structural issues. A full list of what is covered will be supplied within your NHBC Policy booklet. Your warranty will cover you for three different areas: deposit protection, builder warranty and buildmark cover.
Deposit protection is provided in the event the amount you have paid cannot be recovered by us as a result or insolvency. Your builder warranty will run 2 years from the start date of your policy. During this time, we will be responsible for resolving any issues you find with your home, these are not handled by NHBC. For the next 8 years of your warranty, you will be covered for specific areas of the home – a full list of these areas are detailed within your NHC Policy booklet.
